MARK DAVID RAUCH

Tenant Representation for
Renewals and Options to Extend

Negotiating an option to renew into the lease will assure the office tenant future protection
Not including an “option to renew” clause in your office lease will enable the landlord to potentially force you out at the expiration of your term, culminating in expensive significant interruptions to your company.  This critical clause will be negotiated into every lease we represent.

Prior to renegotiating your lease, we will make sure an option to renew, subleasing rights and many other advantageous terms and conditions are negotiated into your lease.

Contact me right away .  We will require ample time to strategize about your unique situation in order to come up with the appropriate plan of attack that your business will require.  The guiding principal that will ultimately save you time, money and much aggravation will be to plan far in advance of your lease expiration.

Guard against unforeseen surprises in your lease by being represented by an expert.  We will assure you are very well prepared and looked after going to the negotiating table.  Other than agreeing to officially hire me, there is no cost to you.  Involving me in your lease negotiations will be an investment in the future of your business.

If your lease coming up for renewal,
